Shipping policy
The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are located in Australia in the majority of our trade is done within Australia.
Processing
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.
Shipping
We absorb domestic shipping up to $100. We use a network of couriers including Auspost, DHL, Aramex, TNT, Allied Express etc. Shipping times can vary depending on your location, whether it's inner city, regional, or remote. The majority of orders are received overnight when using express shipping, but couriers can have logistical issues which can impact the speed of your delivery. You'll always receive a tracking number and be able to access constant updates. If the item has stopped moving, please lodge an enquiry with the carrier. On the rare chance the item gets lost in transit, we will send a replacement item out to you. You can be reimbursed up to $100 for lost items with most carriers.
While we are diligent when processing orders and double checking addresses, its your responsibility to make sure your address is correct when you place the order. We can't be held responsible for items being sent to an incorrect address. We have a sign on delivery option at checkout, which will reduce the chance of your item being left at and stolen from your front door.
If you enter an incorrect address you will be charged a small handling fee and the resulting shipping fee.
